and finally the Momys cookbook

all three have wonder frugal recipes
the Betty Crocker is old I got from my Aunt ..

I love all the Healthy Exchanges/JoAnna Lunds Cookbooks, my Hershey's Cookbook and my Capon Springs Cookbook.

JoAnna Lunds - because they are easy, pretty inexpensive, and healthy

Hershey's - well it's chocolate. LOL

Capon Springs - A resort we used to go to when I was with my ex. His family has been going for 6 generations. I love their food. Comfort foods and memories

I only have one cookbook that I've used regularly over the years by Delia Smith that my Granny bought me before I got married. Do you think she was trying to tell me something? Laughing
There are a few pretty foolproof recipes in there that I like.

I bought a few with my giftcard at Christmas but so far have only tried a chilli recipe which I must post soon, I've kept forgetting Rolling Eyes but it was good Hungry

I use Cooking Basics cookbook, because I'm not a very good cook. I need all the help I can get.

My current favorite is a little one called Babe's Country Cookbook. It's based on the movie character Babe the Pig. All the recipes are meatless and have some great stories attached to them.
