| My son used to work at a restraunt for a short while and they discontinued the wrap sandwiches.Sandwiches made with flour tortillas. The manager said to throw them away so he checked to see if he could have them instead and was told YES!Well he brought us 3 packages of the large tortillas.I say we have about 60 now in the freezer.I used them to make rollups at Christmas with cream cheese and olives,,made all kinds of that stuff,,just a different version in the roll up.I saw a menu on miserlymoms.com where they used it cut up and dropped it in boiling chicken broth for dumplins,,,we did this last night and ended up making our own ,,didnt care for the miserlymoms recipe. I saw on foodnetwork at Christmas they cut on small snowflake shapes and dropped into frying oil the dusted with powder sugar as a cookie.Havent tried that one yet,,might do it this weekend. Any other ideas on tortillas?Needless to say we had burritos tonight for dinner! |

| Can't remember where I got this recipe but had it the other night and it was good.
diced cooked chicken cream of chicken soup shredded cheddar cheese tortillas
Mix diced cooked chicken with cream of chicken soup. Tear up tortillas and lay on bottom of pan. Layer chicken mixture on top, then more tortillas, more chicken etc... Top with chicken mixture and then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Bake on 350 till bubbly
Cut into triangles and deep fry then cover with cinnamon and sugar
Very good filled with scrambled eggs, cheese and crumbled bacon for breakfast. _________________ Vicki

| We use them for breakfast burritos, quesadillas, and fajitas. Or we use them for soft tacos. I know, not very original, but we love them! They freeze great.
