| 4 cucumbers 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup salad oil 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar Generous pinch sugar Salt and white pepper, to taste
Peel cucumbers and slice off ends. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and with a small spoon scoop out all the seeds. Slice the cucumber halves thinly. In a bowl mix together sour cream, salad oil, dill, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and fold it in gently. Chill the salad before serving. _________________ Gayla
