2 lb - Chicken wings - tips removed and and jointed
1/2cup - honey
3tbs - soy sauce
1/2cup - brown sugar
1tsp - garlic powder
1tsp - ground ginger
1tsp - mustard powder
1tsp - smokey paprica

Place jointed chicken wings into a snap-lock plastic bag
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour into bag with chicken
Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour or over night in the fridge
Drain and reserve marinade, place chicken in a roasting tray
Cover with foil and place mid-shelf in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour on 170C
Uncover carefully, drain and turn chicken wings then pour the remaining marinade on the wings
Cover and return to oven for a further 20 minutes
Uncover tray, coat with tray juice/sauce and cook for 20 minutes uncovered
