I am trying to make my first loaf of bread in my bread maker that I picked up at a garage sale this last month.Everything was in with it except directions which the company emailed me all of them. What my question is,,I have read the instructions and Im not seeing anything about mixing,

Does the bread machine mix it with the blade in it while its baking?
I have never used one before,,and added the ingredients for basic white bread,,that comes in the directions,,,added it all,,placed in the bread maker and turned it on ,,I made sure I had the setting right also.
Now Im a little worried if its working or not,,the timer display says 3hrs for it to be ready.

I appreciate that Gayla,,really I do and you do help alot! Smile

I came home and the first loaf I made was terrible,,didnt seem to mix up,,smelled great,,but looked terrible,Im thinking maybe I didnt have it in right or maybe I might mix it myself before putting it in,,but hate to do that when it will do some of the work for me.

Im gonna give it another try ,,could be my fault,,or maybe thats why it was only 5.00 at a garage sale!Keep your fingers cross,,gonna go back and try again!
