| Greek Seasoning Rub Mix
1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp dried oregano 2 1/4 tsp onion powder 2 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 ½ tsp cornstarch 1 ½ tsp black pepper 1 ½ tsp beef bouillon granules 1 ½ tsp dried parsley 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of beef, pork, chicken or turkey.
Herb Bouquet Rub Mix 1 ½ tsp black pepper 2 1/4 tsp dry mustard 2 1/4 tsp dried rosemary 1 Tbsp plus 3/4 tsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp plus 3/4 tsp dried thyme
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of fish, beef, pork, chicken or turkey.
BBQ Spice Rub Mix 1 Tbsp paprika 1 ½ tsp chilli powder 1 ½ tsp cumin 1 ½ tsp coriander 1 ½ tsp sugar 1 ½ tsp slt 3/4 tsp dry mustard 3/4 tsp black pepper 3/4 tsp dried thyme 3/4 tsp curry powder 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of beef or pork.
Orleans Pepper Rub Mix 2 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp onion powder 1 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp salt
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of beef, pork, chicken or turkey.
Cucina Italia Rub Mix 2Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp dried oregano 2 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp dried basil 1 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp salt

Mexican Seasoning Rub Mix
4 Tbsp chilli powder 2 1/4 tsp ground cumin 2 1/4 tsp dried oregano 2 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 1/4 tsp salt ½ tsp ground cloves
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of beef, pork, chicken or turkey.
U.S. of A. Steak Rub 1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp plus 1 ½ tsp blackpepper 1 Tbsp paprika 1 Tbsp minced onion 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 ½ tsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp ground cumin
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of beef.
Bayou Blast Rub Mix 2 tsp salt 1 ½ tsp sugar 1 tsp brown sugar 1 ½ tsp black pepper 1 ½ tsp celery seed 1 ½ tsp paprika 1 ½ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp chilli powder
Combine and stir well. Store in ziploc bag and seal. Sprinkle and rub according to taste on all sides of seafood, fish, chicken or turkey.
Savory Steak Rub Mix 1 Tbsp dried marjoram 1 Tbsp dried basil 2 Tbsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp dried thyme 1 Tbsp dried rosemary 2 1/4 tsp dried oregano
