| 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies, slightly crushed
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 stick melted butter (or margarine)
Cut chicken into large strips (about 4 per breast). Dip into melted butter & then roll in mixture of the remaining ingredients. Place on a buttered baking dish & drizzle with remaining melted butter. Bake at 425 about 20 minutes, turning once, until done.
