I thought I'd give Gayla a break on doing all the cooking for the group! Razz

Here's a reciepe that I make to bring to the family of a deceased person, my friends nicked-named it Funeral Chicken and the name stuck.

1 lbs cooked cubed boneless chicken or turkey
1 head of cooked chopped broccoli (or cook a bag of frozen broccoli)
1 box of cooked ziti or pasta of your choice
2 cups white sauce
1 brick of cream cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Make a medium thick white sauce, while still stirring the sauce add the brick of cream cheese and continue to stir until it's fully melted.
Spread the Chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish, cover with pasta then broccoli then pour the sauce over the whole casserole, top with crumbled Ritz style crackers and bake on 350 about 30 - 40 minutes till topping is brown and filling is bubbly.
