(you may also subst. chicken and it is the same and also great)

1-2 lbs pork, cut into pices
2 med. or 1 big potato, peeled and cut into large chunks
4-7 cloves of garlic, depending on taste
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
black pepper to taste

Saute the garlic until fragrant in oil
Add the pork and brown
Add the vinegar and soy sauce and pepper, and add water just to barely cover, stir to make sure all pieces are coated and put in the potatoes
Bring to a boil and immediately turn to a simmer
Simmer till done, and eat with rice
