The pear jam recipe
4c. finely dice pears
1/4 c lemon juice
7 1/2 c sugar
1 pouch certo
boil pears, juice, and sugar..once it is at a rolling boil, quickly add certo and stir until it comes back to rolling boil. Continue to stir and boil for 1 min. Laddel into jars and invert to seal  SOOO good!
