| This is my Aunts recipe for Hot Fudge Pudding Cake. We love it with ice cream.
In a bowl blend:
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tblsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
Stir in:
1/2 c. milk
2 Tblsp. vegetable oil
Spread the mixture in a 9 by 9 inch pan (ungreased).
In a small bowl blend:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
Sprinkle the sugar/cocoa mixture over the batter.
Over this pour:
1 3/4 c. hot water
Don't mix!
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
