3 tablespoons paprika
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper

Combine all the ingredients in an empty spice jar or a small resealable container. Use to give your cooking a Cajun Flair. the benefits of this seasoning is that it's much lower in sodium than commercially available products. Makes about 1/3-cup.
