| I do that I think? I flash brown it ( we use very lean ) in no oil or just a tiny bit and then season, and then add a little water to simmer - I do this when I am adding potatoes or rice or pasta, and sometimes a little flour to thicken it- we like it  _________________ Love is a fruit, in season at all times and within the reach of every hand.
