| Graham Crackers
1/2 cup butter 2/3 cup brown sugar 2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour or graham flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. cinnamon or to taste 1/2 cup water
Cream butter and sugar. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with water. Work it into thick paste. Let stand covered for 30 minutes.
Roll out one quarter of the dough at a time, on a floured surface, to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with a pizza cutter if desired.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet until the edges begin to brown, appx. 12 minutes at 350' _________________ Vicki
