2 pkgs. refrigerator biscuits 1 (3 oz.) butterscotch instant pudding mix 1/2 c. margarine or butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 t. cinnamon 1/2 c. nuts
Use Bundt pan, sprayed with Pam. Cut biscuits in half; roll in balls. Roll in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Cook margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon until bubbly; pour over biscuits. Cover with plastic wax and refrigerate overnight or bake immediately at 350F for 25 minutes. When done, invert pan on serving plate. After 5 minutes, remove from pan. |
Where do we add the pudding mix?? _________________ Vicki |

| 1) What are grits? Grits are made from the milling of corn kernels. The first step in the process is to clean the kernels; then, the grains are steamed for a short time to loosen the tough outer hull. The grain kernel is split, which removes the hull and germ, leaving the broken endosperm. Heavy steel rollers break up the endosperm into granules, which are separated by a screening process. The large-size granules are the grits; the smaller ones become cornmeal and corn flour. _________________ Vicki |

| Thanks M. Each of us have our own tastes, likes and dislikes.
I never really knew what they were although I've heard of them on american t.v. shows before. _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| Vicki,
We do alot of our breakfasts with the same ingredients. Eggs, Ham or Bacon, Onions, Cheese.
The eggs, we use alot of egg whites, but sometimes like to add a couple of real eggs to the egg whites to make them a little more fluffy. Aldi's has 1 carton of eggwhites for $1.79 which is equal to a dozen eggs. Aldi's also has eggs normally for $1.79 or $1.89 here.
The ham we get for $1.69/lb (turkey ham). It costs us around $3.50 for a little ham, and will last us easily throughout the week for breakfasts.
Cheese - $2.99 for the package. Bacon - $1.99-$2.99/lb (when on sale and with coupons, I can get it for $1/lb, but it's been a while).
Then, we buy a bag of bagels $0.99/6 Tortillas : $0.89/pkg English muffins: $0.89/pkg
Some days we have ham/bacon, egg & cheese bagels. Sometimes we have them on muffins. Sometimes we make them into breakfast burritos. Sometimes we mix everything together and put some potatoes into the eggs & meat and eat what we call "slop" with a bagel or an english muffin on the side.
I know this is not orginanl for breakfasts, but that's what we eat because it tends to fix our cravings for McDonald's type breakfasts, and for a fraction of the cost.
