| Forgotten Cookies
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. Make a stiff meringue of first 3 ingredients. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful on foil covered cookie sheets. Place all cookie sheets in oven. Turn oven OFF and do not open till morning
