did this last year my kids big and little loved it ..

your favorite meatloaf recipe
cooked in two 9" square pans
or 9 x 13
enough mashed potatoes
to feed your family

it looks just like a cake with vanilla frosting .. bake your favorite meat loaf in two 9"pans. .. after cooling for at least 10 minutes invert onto serving platter cover with mashed potatoes and spread like frosting a cake . Spoon a cup or two in pastry bag , with a star tip pipe a shell border around the bottom and the edge of the cake . place a little ketchup into a resealble bag and do the same with mustard pipe the dots on the edges ..

If no parstry bag you can make the edge fancy with a knife and some frosting then dot it ..

Berry sodas

3 ( 3 oz ) strawberry jello
1 cup strawberries sliced
1 cup blueberries

these berry "beverages" look inviiting to sip . but they are geltain . Prepare jello according to package directions . Refrigerate until partially ser. about 2 hours stir in the berries and then pour into 8 clear glasses
insert a straw into each a refrigater until set.

I do these alot my kids and grands look forward to what I gong to do to them for April fools day ..
