I was going to dry some apples tonight and saw that the oven temps are supposed to be 115-130 degrees. My oven doesn't go under 170! Sad

do you have a roaster oven you can dehydrate apple in there a spoon to hold the lid up ..
or do you have a gas or electric stove ?

Vicki gas oven you can do it with the pilot light on the stove - it will take a while

I don't oven a roaster oven, or toaster oven. I have an electric stove and it is fairly new with a digital thermostat programmable no lower than 170.
