| I am going to make some of these for the Easter baskets
CHOCOLATE COVERED POTATO CHIPS Printed from COOKS.COM
7 oz. can Ripple potato chips 2 tbsp. cooking oil 2 (12 oz.) pkgs. milk chocolate pieces
Place chocolate and cooking oil in casserole. Microwave at 50% power for 4-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until chocolate melts and will stir into smooth sauce. Dip chips in chocolate, one at a time, leaving one end uncovered. Tap gently to remove excess chocolate. Place on wax paper. Repeat. Refrigerate chips until chocolate is set. Store in tightly covered container. _________________ Vicki
