| Frost cupcakes with white icing and then decorate with candy leaves and flowers. For each handle cut a 6" length of piep cleaner. Bend it into a u shape. Remove the candies from a candy necklace and string them onto the pipe cleaner leaving 1/2 inch at each end. Stick ends into the sides of cupcakes.
This would be great for a shower, bday, Easter etc....
