| 2-3 cups of your favorite greens (Baby Greens and Spinach are my favorite) 10-14 Grape Tomatoes, quartered length-wise 1 Avacado, cubed Sunflower Seeds and Raisins, sprinkled on top Frozen Peas, a handful or two (they add a wonderful texture and keep the salad nicely chilled) 3-6 oz. Smoked Tuna OR leftover grilled meat on hand OR canned tuna or chicken, drained
Dressing: Your favorite, mixed half and half with Apple Cider Vinegar. 2-4 Tablespoons on top of the salad, I use less if no meat, more if it's a dry meat like tuna. If it's too tart, drizzle a bit of raw honey on top of the salad and mix in. . _________________ Gayla
