| 1.Cuts your cancer risk,,,green Tea is filled with antioxidants,,studies show that people who drink green tea regularly cuts their risk of breast colon ,stomach, esophagus and prostate.
2.Soothe your skin from scrapes and cuts and burns.Have any leftover,,soak a cotton pad in it and rest on area .Is a antiseptic and relieves itching too.
3.Helps with blood pressures,,green tea helps blood vessels from contracting and pressure rising.
4.The antioxidants help fight free radical damage to brain cells and helps with memory.as seen with some Alzheimers and Parkinson .
5.Helps you stay young,,by stopping artery clogging and plaque build up.
6.Speeds up your bodys calorie burning process.
I wasnt sure what topic to put this under,,sinces its a food/drink,,I put it here..although it goes with dieting and health food etc LOL |

| Wow! That's great to know. Thanks for posting that Donna! Dh drinks a lot of tea and I've been brewing his tea half green and half black. I told him all these benefits and he wants more green added now. I am trying to drink more tea, maybe if I added lemon I'd like it better. Gayla I like your idea of having a calming cup of tea, I'll have to get in the habit of sitting with a cup and just relaxing a few minutes. |

| I usually drink coffee, but sometimes I love a cup of mint tea. We bought some white tea one time at Big Lots. It is suppose to be very high in antioxidants and low in caffeine. My Mom just loves it so I better try some before it is all gone! _________________ MARY |
