| 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 16-oz. container vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 pints fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
2 pints fresh blueberries, washed
Whipped topping for garnish
8 parfait glasses or other clear glasses
Combine cream cheese, vanilla yogurt and lemon juice and mix well. Place 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture in the bottom of each glass followed by 1/4 cup strawberries. Repeat with cream cheese mixture and blueberries. Top with whipped topping and serve. These desserts are tasty, colorful and right in keeping with the red, white and blue holiday.
