| Basic dip is 8oz of softened cream cheese and 8oz of sourcream,,mix with a electric blender till fluffy.
(This came from BetterHome and Garden site)
The top of the posting has a basic dip, that you add anything to ,,to make your party dip. Some suggestions are listed below,,they didnt add the amount of each addition to the basic dip,,so I take it as to your own preference.
Add to the Basic dip: 1.AVOCADO: chopped avocado, chopped red onion and garlic salt 2.COMFORT COBBLER: Chopped peaches.toasted pecans and brown sugar 3.TROPICAL: Mandarin orange slices, toasted coconut, lime juice or grated lime peel 4.SPINACH: Finely chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, cracked peppercorns 5.THAI: chopped peanuts, thai chili sauce, lime juice 6.GARDEN FRESH: chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, snipped cilantro 7.FRUITY: Sliced strawberries, strawberries preserve, snip of fresh mint 8.QUICK CURRY: Smoked almonds chopped, dried fruit pieces, curry powder, garlic salt 9.COBB: crumbles cooked bacon, crumbles blue cheese, finely chopped celery.
For me personally I am gonna do the spinach one,,sounds yummy to me! Maybe the Thai one,,as long as the thai chili sauce isnt too expensive. Enjoy! |
