| Well, this is a recipe I used to make when we did WW before...on the other site...I can't locate the recipe..but this is what I'm going to do...
put RF refrigerated biscuits in sprayed muffin tins...top with cut up cooked chicken and some homemade cream soup...bake...I might put a TB of FF cheddar cheese on before I bake...I figured this up to be about 5 pt for 2 biscuits..

| you flatten the biscuits and kinda shape them into the muffin tins and then fill with a little bit of the chicken mix..I used about 1 TB of filling for each.

| I made them before the are great ...
for a party recenty I made these with crab meat
and made it with broccoli and mushroom soup
