Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups strawberries 1 cup skim milk 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup orange juice 8 ice cubes
In a blender puree the strawberries, milk, yogurt and orange juice. Add the ice and blend until the ice is coarsely chopped. Serve in chilled glasses.

1. Reserve 4 strawberries.
2. Place remaining strawberries, the milk and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish each with strawberry.

1. Wash the berries. Spread fruit on waxed paper lined jelly roll pan. Freeze until firm about 1 1/2 pounds.
2. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until the consistency of ice cream.

NOTES : Recipe originator indicated you could also use 1 egg white but the egg substitute works well to make the drink frothy. Additionally you can use 2 tablespoons ofFrothee (found in alot of liquour sections) to achieve the same results. I have not been able to find Frothee.
