| 2 pks FF cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. canned pumpkin dash nutmeg 1/3 c. grahm cracker crumbs 1/2 c. coolwhip free
mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. add eggs. don't overbeat. remove 1c. batter, set aside. stir in pumpkin & spices. spray pie plate, sprinkle bottom w/ grahm cracker crumbs. pour remaining batter into crust, top with pumpkin batter. 325* bake 40 mins...refrigerate...top each piece w/ 1 tb coolwhip
