| 3/4 c red. Fat bisquick
1/4 c. cornmeal
4 tsp splenda
1/2 c. + 2 TB milk
2 TB flour
8 fat free hotdogs
400*..spray cookie sheet. in dish combine bisquick,c-meal, sugar, milk. Put flour on plate & roll each dog in flour...coat with c-meal mixture. put on sheet and spray dogs...bake 6 mins...flip and spray each dog...bake 8 mins.
we just had them and they were REALLY good!
2pt per dog.

| another great recipe is to make pigs in the blanket...wrap FF hot dogs in biscuit dough from FF bisquick, I used water to make the dough rather than milk, it was awesome!
