| 8 slices RC bread
8 hard boiled eggs
3 tb ff yogurt
1/3 c chopped green pepper
1 tb ff mayo
1/2 c chopped celery
1/3 c chopped onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard
lettuce
shell eggs and discard yolks...chop whites and mix with rest except lettuce..spread on 4 slices nad top w/ lettuce and other bread
