| 1c. canned black beans, drained & rinsed
1 tsp chili powder
4 corn tostadas
1 c. torn up lettuce
1c. canned tomatoes, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, sedded and chopped (optional)
mash beans, add chili powder, blend, spread on tostadas, layer w/ lettuce, tomatoes & onion
