| I was watching this program on t.v. yesterday evening and it featured an article about a 7 day soup diet where you can lose on average 2-3 kg by the end of the week. This result was from eating 6 cups per day using one of the soup recipes, two were provided. But you can eat as much as you like (probably with a slightly different result). It's not recommended to use for any longer than one week as you miss out on other food groups but both being vegetable soups they seem pretty healthy. I don't know if I could live on the same thing for a whole week but I found it interesting:

The story also discussed canned and dried packet soups and advised to be wary of the extra sodium content in those. _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |
