6 pork chops -- 1" thick
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup -- try using Chinese ketchup
1 cloves garlic -- mashed
salt and pepper -- to taste

Trim excess fat from pork chops & place in crock pot. Mix remaining
ingredients in small bowl and pour over meat. Cover, turn to LOW and cook 4 to 6 hours, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve with steamed white rice & Chinese noodles.
