| Crockpot Hamburger Casserole
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck -- lean 1 1/2 cups peas, frozen 2 ounces celery -- (2 ribs) 10 ounces tomato soup, reduced fat, condensed 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 medium potatoes -- sliced 3 ounces carrots -- diced 10 ounces water 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Brown ground chuck & drain. Peel and slice potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Place layers of vegetables in order given into crockpot. Combine garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle seasonings over each layer. Put browned ground beef over vegetables. Combine soup and water & pour over all. Cover and set on low 6 to 8 hours or high 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
