Maple Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine the ketchup, syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon
juice, chili powder and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside.

Place the chicken breasts in a Crock Pot. Season with salt and
pepper to taste. Pour the prepared sauce over the top. Cover and
cook on low for seven to eight hours.

When ready to serve, remove and shred chicken. Put back in and mix
with the sauce. Serve on buns for sandwiches.
