| French Dip Sandwiches
* 2 lb. fresh beef brisket * 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix * 10-oz. can condensed beef broth
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours until beef is tender. Skim any fat from liquid in crockpot.
