| June will be here in little over a week,,what would you like as Junes challenge.I think its a food this time. Only things I can come up with is things in June would be Fathers day,,most schools are out by then. Im ready for anything! LOL Whats your suggestions!?  |

| | I did see a watermellon basket,,with fruit inside and had carved hearts on the handels,,was too cute for a picnic,,but thengain,,it isnt summer for skin,,I dont think she would have access to some fruit,,(?)maybe we could choose something in general with food,, |

| Well, this all began with "use a cake mix" so how about if we use... a can of beans? or another suggestion?
Who started this game anyway? does anyone remember or want to take credit?  |

| I say any kind of beans...
A bean cake is exactly that a cake made out of black beans. It is a South Beach Phase 1 recipe I used about 1 year ago. I even tricked the kids into eating it warm with some cool whip free on top.
Donna - I think it was a good thing for you to start. I have only been able to participate in 2 others so far. So I am excited about this. It is great seeing what others come up with _________________ Vicki

| This is gonna be a weird one ,,lol I went to foodnetwork.com to try and find a unique bean recipe,,they came up with almost 2,500!Not sure what kind of bean Im gonna use,,got my marbles stirring around in my head! |

| Did it last night!
I made old country time baked beans...bacon pieces,,brown sugar, chopped onions,BBQ sauce..and baked beans,,,lol.Was very good,,,! Hubby ate his and the boys took 2 servings each.(I like seeing seconds being taken,,means they loved it!) |
