You know, sometimes I'll say something at work that would've been 'slang' in Ireland and my Australian co-workers look at me very confused
I have learned many new terms and phrases also these past few years _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| How's everyone going with the Valentine craft challenge?
I received my personalized mug a few days ago, it's quite cute and can be used over and over again, so we'll get the moneys worth from it! lol. It has a photo of DH and I on one side and on the other side there was the outline of a heart, in red, and you could have a short message inside, usually names. I asked for something else and since DH only drinks tea and not coffee, I had this message put inside the heart:
Tea-riffic Together.
It came in a small box so I made personalized wrapping paper from our printer paper. I typed DH's and my name in rows with red font and needed 2 pages to wrap the box, then I tied it all up with red curling ribbon, making a bow on top, it looks alright
I'm planning on making a card next, I have an idea in mind.... _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| I've put up an avatar pic of the personalized wrap I made using our printer to wrap DH's Valentines gift in. Very easy and makes it special, all I had to do was change the font to RED for Valentines day This would be cute for small birthday gifts also, you wouldn't want to be printing off too many sheets for larger gifts! I'd already sealed the card I'd made because I'd hidden them both. I printed a small photo of us then cut us out like 2 jigsaw pieces that fit together, stuck them on my card and wrote 'A Perfect Fit'...I'm such a wally _________________ ~ By sowing frugality we reap liberty, a golden harvest. --Agesilaus ~ |

| | I am hoping to get a printer soon. One thing I wanted to make for a gift for the families last Christmas was a personalized calendar with photos. A printer will help out alot.I use the computer at work to print out small things now. |
